FNB ****med me

About 3 and a half months back I went into FNB woodmead to open up an account so I was told about a promotion that they are running where you get 2000 cash back after 3 months but only if you have 2 successful debit orders from FNB and that you have 14500 rand going into ur account on a monthly basis which I have done. I was going to be getting paid on the 15 to the 17Th of October i went into the bank and asked what's going on with the payment and they said I must give it till the 1st on the first I went back into the bank they said they have sent it to the department to check why I have not gotten paid so I waited went into the bank today on the 8th of November and was told I do not qualify for this because of my risk but I opened the account to check if I qualify they lady told me yes I do so now they come back and say I don't this is ***** if I don't not get any feedback from FNB I will open up a ***** case against them
