FNB **** Syndicate

I think FNB is becoming one of the least trusted banks- reading the reviews on them is scary. I had 2 transactions go off my account coming to a total of R900+, I visited the fourways mall branch and was given a sloppy story of how it was a late transaction that didn't pull through on the the day of purchase and only went off 25-30 days later. This doesn't make sense because I always monitor my balance after every purchase - so I would have seen that the transaction didn't go through- I was shocked and majorly inconvenienced by this stunt. I once read that some Banks have staff syndicate who would play around with the system and ***** from client's account and make it seem like it's an error from another charge. This is really scary because it means our funds are not safe with FNB- I'm very unhappy because I'm R900+ poorer and don't even know where the money went to- my statement shows money decreasing after every purchase but nothing to answer to where my R900 money went to yet it is said to be a late transaction - why did I get a notification of that that purchase on the day it happened?
