FNB **** promotion when opening a new account

Hi I opened a gold account bank account on promotion(1500 !amount),but I have not recieved it since July. I have met all requirements and I been doing follow up at the with branch but they said they dont know the promotion and on the phone they either tell me to wait till the 15th of the following month (which dont materialize ) or send me from one department to another

This issue has been pending since june with no help,and I'm even thinking of closing the account since they are not delivering the service they promised and the money they promised. They have not been any communication from thier side but they used to call me when they wanted to open an account .
