FNB **** ON UNPAID ITEMS.

I am so tired of FNB going into my account and taking money that tbey claim tbey have paid for me because I didn't have funds in my account.

I have requested that tbey provide me with the list of the unpaid items that tbey claim they have paid for me. As to my knowledge when ever I make a transaction i always look into my balance and available balance .

If I dont have enough funds on my available balance , I move money from one of my accounts to my main account to accomdate my transaction. Fnb are lying and i am getting angry that they making us feel stupid and testing us . First and foremost FNB will decline any purchase i make even if I am R5 short . Now they claiming to pay for me .

I stopped long time ago even keeping money in my main account and my fear of this bank having a feast in my account has been a nightmare . It is SUCH an inconvenience because now I have to find myself moving funds in my other accounts and also being restricted in my daily usage of my funds

I am not the only one complaining about this . Many are experiencing this problem it is annoying
