FNB ****

I am so disappointed by FNB ***** department, I was ****med by an FNB account holder, I reported the matter to the police and gave them the case number. I really thought it was going to be easy to nail the culprit cos obviously when people open bank accounts they submit proof of residence and they obviously have a cellphone number.

I reported this matter in June, up until today they have never called and there is still no feedback. I saw someone also complaining on twitter about the same **** but nooooo they are not bothered! I am pretty convinced FNB doesnt care and probably entertain **********!! I am very dissappointed
