FNB ****

To start with they don't deserv even a single star ,I'm a customer at FNB and I had a credit card with them,I requested for the credit card to be closed the same day I made all the payments they require from me and I even got an email saying the credit card it's closed.but to my surprise FNB still sends me emails n sms saying that there money that I owe them n faild to pay,when I called the call centre they claim that I bought airtime using the credit card while they told me via email that the account was closed ,FNB is trying to rip me off claiming that there money that I owe ...everytime I go to the branch n call is always the same lame excuses they will investigate.....
