FNB took my money via app but never sent me my airtime, can't resolve it via app unless I call with the airtime I was trying to buy n never received. Now I'm told to wait 5 days for my query to be resolved.

13 Oct 2020, 11:41I also bought another one for R 23 yesterday and also did not receive anything as I thought maybe the first one was because is Sunday I am happy for the service provider to send you my transaction statement.
