FNB ****?
I used my FNB Homeloans Isurance to replace my geysers element... Which cost me R800-00 pay in.
And then FNB updated my Insurance agrrement which cost me R14 500-00...
How can that be?

04 Oct 2019, 12:34Dear FNB, Thank you for the quick reply to my query, its sorted out and complaint closed.
It was my fault... just after I did the claim the money was added to my bond and it looked like a Huge Insurance Document update... But they said to me that it was just the yearly Insurance charges that was deducted yearly and not on a monthly term.
