Bad service from FNB, Asked them to close an Covid 19 cashflow relief account and had to pay a settlement, I paid it and they automatically extended the loan, placing it in a minus drawing interest for them. Im very close to move banks.
The covid 19 cashflow relief is such a ****, they literally paid R600 in bank fees for me but charged me for a R24000 loan in fees. R3800 in interest. That Covid 19 cashflow relief was no helping hand I tell you.
