FNB Scaly

Who carries a terms and condition booklit with then when going to the bank??? No one. Who carries a fees list with them every time you either need to withdraw money or swipe. NO ONE..

After withdrawing my own money from FNB, only to find out I am charged a massive "cash handling fee" I was not aware of this amount when I with drew my money, I was not made aware that there will be a cash handling fee charged to me if I withdraw this ammount, nothing was pointed out to me, were I informed of all this fees a surely would have thaught twice about the withdrawal. FNB you are scaly and not open and I will not be held responsible for the fees.
