FNB says they can't close my account

I have been going to FNB Bank trying to close my checque account since 15 May 2015. Reasons being I have a business account with FNB, my business is still starting so every cent count, I don't have enough money to spend on bank charges. They said they can't close it because there is R3 reserved for purchase and it has to go through before closing account, now it has been 2 weeks and that R3 still there. the more I keep this account open the more charges I get which is more than that R3. I called FNB call center they say I must go to branch, send an email to FNB they say I must go to branch, on the branch they said they can't do anything. even that R3 I don't even know why it is there.<br> <br> My account is *** please close it and if that R3 it bounce back FNB can keep it<br>
