FNB says I need to wait 40 days for debit order that went off on the 25th of Novembe

FNB sent 462 references for a dispute form sent to them yesterday. I requested FNB to reverse 3 debit order because these where suppose to be stopped and the service provided was notified that they must stop the debit orders in October. This month same service provider takes the debit order and these do not even reflect days after on the app for the reversal to be made possible. I called them since Monday till today and I'm still not receiving any help. Yesterday I spoke to a Rendani and he sent me a dispute form of which I completed and sent yesterday, then got 462 reference numbers. Now I have to wait 40 days for the money I need to make ends meet. I'm not happy about FNB and their service.
