FNB savings and funeral cover

Previously I wrote a review about FNB from which Hellopeter told me FNB will call me back to settle the issue but they never did. Going to the bank doesn't help me either. So I doubt writing another review will make any difference and now lost the reference no. as seemed useless (Disappointed)
