Fnb Saveways atm swallowed my money
Good day, I was looking to deposit R1000 on the 13 November at 17:56pm however the 1st atm at Fnb Saveways despite me trying 3 times did not take my money it deposit and then only returned back to me R800. I deposited the R800 at the 2nd atm wnd have the deposit slip however the other atm has swallowed my R200 and has not returned it. How do I claim it back or report it as it is has swallowed my R200. I have the deposit slip of the R800 that I did deposit. Pls advise and assist as soon as possible. This is the first atm of the 3 atms that are available at Fnb Saveways crescent, in Emalahleni that has swallowed my R200 and not returned it.
