FNB SARS RESERVE FUNDS INCORRECTLY

In November last year my husband noticed an amount reserved on his account. Upon contacting FNB he was told to contact SARS, which we have done multiple times just to be told that the audit was concluded and there is no hold on SARS side?? We have contacted FNB multiple times and same response. It is now May and still the hold is on the account??? It has been 7 months????????? Please help as we don't know what else to do
