Fnb sars pledges

Completely outraged my husband and I use the same bank account both of our sars refunds are paid to this account which is very similar, with in the last 3 weeks there has been 3 pledges put on the account which caused my money to be frozen, I have debit orders and rent to pay. We don't make much and salaries have been halfed due to covid now they froze everything.
