FNB Sandton City Poor Service

After a lengthy 45 minute wait at the FNB Sandton City bank , no one could assist me with a simple transfer on behalf of my dad (he's out of the country and authorised me to act on his behalf) despite him having a private banking facility which would make you think they'd offer him superior quality service, utterly no help could be provided
