FNB SANDTON CITY PATHETIC

I went to FNB Sandton City to open a cheque account with a credit card. The consultant, Nomfundo (Pinky) Ncanywa, was totally clueless about the products and referred me to the website to view the benefits. She then proceeded to tell me about the account I wanted but under a different product. After much hesitation, I gave in to open an account only to find that the product I was looking for wasn't the correct one and when I went back the next day to correct this account she kept telling me its the correct account and didn't want to change it. I am struggling just to close the account even when I call in to speak to her as the consultant keeps dodging me because this affects her commission. I am so irritated and disappointed...................Terrible service.
