FNB SANDTON CITY - OUTSTANDING SERVICE

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I went into the FNB Sandton city branch to get an FNB sim card.</p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting in the que I got to consultant Mpho and realized I forgot my Id / Drivers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mpho was friendly, polite and gracious enough to give me her details and advised when I come back to the branch, I do not have to wait in the que again but I may come straight to her for assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today 08/09/2016, I went back into the branch straight to Mpho and she was still as pleasant as yesterday</p> <p>She immediately remembered me and called Carlie to explain the FNB connect packages and how the FNB network / sim cards work.</p> <p> </p> <p>They both sat with me and explained step by step all requirements / packages and benefits.</p> <p> </p> <p>They were both very helpful and professional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Carlie even went to the extent of inserting the new sim into my phone for me, checking if my needed apps were still working and giving me her cell number if I have any concerns or need any assistance with adapting to the FNB network.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to FNB Sandton city for staff like Mpho and Carlie, for the excellent service - I really appreciate it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep it up!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>You both are truly an asset to FNB :-)</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Melishia</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
