FNB Sales Reps gives false details for a sale

I was recently contacted by a sales rep, to upgrade my accouont to a premier account. days later i recived my premier debit card. I do into the slow lounge twice and then when I check my statement I see FNB billed for the visits. When I called to explain this, all they said was send an email and I am not a premier member. Also in the recorded call the agent stated and confirmed with the Premier Debit card I can go into the lounge for Free.

It is so sad that I now am forced to close my account with FNB after 20 years of service because they are avoiding to help me for R600. Like really now how can we trust sales reps when they are lying to us and FNB choses not to investigate when the proof is on their end.
