FNB sales gimmick

In November 2018, FNB had a promotional deal, if you move your salary and your debit orders to FNB in 60 days, they will give you R2000, well I did it, and they said everything is in order, and that I would get the R2000 soon. In January 2019 I phoned them, and a few times ever since then. Every time its the same story, the "team of bankers" (according to FNB, they are supposed to able to help you with everything) says that the customer care department should handle this, then they transfer you, the customer care department says that the sales department has to handle it, when you get there, they either say that they will sort it out within 24hours,or that they escalated it to their supervisor and they would sort it out. We'll its going on for 8months now, and it's just a waste of airtime to try and speak to them. Definitely NOT a bank that keeps their word.
