FNB Sales Division Sucks

Generally FNB have been very helpful, but the last 2 days have been a nightmare. Trying to get a cellphone contract and you either listen to bots asking to select different numbers, or when you finally get put through to a human, they transfer to more automated voices! Have left 3 message for someone to contact me, and still nothing. I have probably spent almost 2 hours on the phone holding on!
