FNB Sales Consultant ( Michelle Baloi) - Sandton City Branch

In my whole entire time being an FNB private client, I have never come across a consultant who not only went beyond the call of duty but persisted to help me at all costs.

I had a very complicated situation as a non citizen with account and there was so many issues regarding my account being blocked and this lead to me not being able to use my account and not getting paid.

after 2.5 hrs of consistency, we managed to get my account unfrozen by the KYC department. not only did Michelle keep calm as a Private wealth client but she kept me feeling secured during this period.

I commend such work ethic and diligence, Michelle is a true example of true workmanship and I wish that everyone else at FNB would have same attitude like hers.
