FNB SALES CONSULTANT IS A KEEPER

<p>I know i have been on this platform a couple times complaining about FNB, but today i'm singing a different tune...I recently received a study loan from FNB, it was declined a few times(hence my previous complaints). In any event, i was put in touch with one Puleng Noge. I know that when i'm under pressure sometimes, i can be slightly difficult, this lady was so patient with me, she was so professional the entire time. Now i'm sure she just did what she is paid for, but i still must commend her very cool, calm demeanor while dealing with the irate client i was at the beginning of this process. My application was eventually approved and i defintely feel it's because she made sure that i gave her everything i need for the application to be fairly looked at. I really hope FNB knows what an exceptional employee they have in her, she is an absolute superster in my books. She made my Xmas, I am so happy that this loan is going to help me get closer to my dreams. FNB and Puleng, a very big THANK YOU!!!</p>
