FNB Salary / Debit Order Switch - Tedious and horrible procedure!

Always spending thousands of rands trying to convince people that switching to FNB is quick and painless when in theory, I have had to send 4 emails just to TRY get a response as I am trying to switch my salary and debit orders over to my cheque card.

The consultant tells me it will take 4 - 6 weeks, incase you did not know, a month is 4 weeks so by this time it is definitely that your slow service will cause nothing to have been finalised before my next salary.

If my switch is not performed within the next few days, I will cancel my Credit and Cheque card and you will not receive very good reviews on Social Media.

Please ensure that I am assisted.
