FNB sabotaging my kids future

So I wish I could have no stars to rate here! My fnb life simplified cover has miraculously stopped debiting. The consultant says I stopped the debit order in July which is utter BS. If that’s true they wouldn’t have been able to debit me in August which they did. He then said my debit order was reversed which is also not true I gave him proof of that. I need answers because if something happens to me I don’t want my family to get stupid stories about untruths.. I took out life insurance with my bank because I figured it’s the most easiest way and less of a hassle. Securing my kids future should I pass on is my priority. I’m really ****ed that fnb is sabotaging me!
