Fnb *****s your money
I had R134 left in my account since the 18th of May. On the 21st of May I went to withdraw it only to find my out with -R18amount and a charge for no fee something. I call fnb to resolve, they said they will issue a refund. The next day I check and another amount of -R91 is charged on the account. I call again and they cant reserve it immediately. Now my account is sitting on -R501. I have bought anything in a week. My debit orders are for the 25th. I download last month's statement and created a spreadsheet with all money going in and out and the balance i get on my side is actually R240 something. So where is money. Tomorrow when I go to the branch and I font get a resolution , my business with this bank will end. I've been with them is I was 16 years old. But I dont mind moving to another bank. I will close my investment accounts, my savings and Inform my employer to deposit my salary with a different bank. Then I will close my account. I hate banks that de***** their customers.
They reversed the second charge of R84 but not the first. They closed my compliant case without waiting to hear my feedback. Guys if a bank does that to you report to ombudsman for banking. Report them to fias. Just report them. These banks ***** your money. The employees dont care, the bank doesnt care . That is why we dont show loyalty to banks thst do this.
I am already shopping for a new bank. Where I will move all my money and investments as well as where my salary is deposited.
One of the worst banks. Last month I upgraded to aspire, I will be calling to downgrade back to rhe cheapest one. Fnb is not thr people's bank. They are *****sters. Dont open a bank at fnb. Even capitec is better. They dont hide their fees.
