Fnb *****s your money
Every month fnb is shocking me by taking my money. , i noticed that everytime i get my salary a chunk of money is moved around (i did not autorise this) and when debits have to deduct that money is not there ,after that fnb wants to charge me R1500 for this debits not going through yet they are the ones who had taken the money out of the account, i will be moving to another bank i cannot be suffering like this every month

30 Apr 2026, 16:31To this date FNB has not responded to any of my emails or chat messages that i sent via their app, the money is still missing from my account and i don't even understand what is going on , today i was getting several notifications of unpaid debits coming from the bank app , at the same time there was messages of someone authorizing debit mandates in my behalf and i am just getting notifications, if anything the situation is getting worse and FNB IS STILL QUIET AND NON-RESPONSIVE , its been 3 days now.

To this date FNB has not responded to any of my emails or chat messages that i sent via their app, the money is still missing from my account and i don't even understand what is going on , today i was getting several notifications of unpaid debits coming from the bank app , at the same time there was messages of someone authorizing debit mandates in my behalf and i am just getting notifications, if anything the situation is getting worse and FNB IS STILL QUIET AND NON-RESPONSIVE , its been 3 days now.
