FNB *****s up

Highly peed off with FNB. I run a small ministry that helps feed people in desperate need. Typically an eWallet is sent as it is quick and convenient for the recipient! While I have my business account at another bank, FNB is convenient for PayPal when it does not ***** that up proces up too!

At a crucial time when I am waiting further donor funds, FNB decides to debit me with R300 for, wait for it: 'eWallet Send Fee adjustment!!

So I queried it obviously. THIS is the response: 'Good day

Kindly note the adjustments are due to eWallet price increase which were effective as of the 1st of July 2020. Every wallet you sent during the month R2 was charged for every R100 and R2 service fee for that transaction.

Please click on the link to see fees https://www.fnb.co.za/send-money/eWallet.html

Kind regards Bongi Mtiya'

SO WHAT FNB??

This is YOUR problem, not mine. YOUR system should have been charging correctly since July last year. Unless I can raise funds in a hurry which is VERY difficult in this finanical climate, a mother and her 5 small sons will go hungry tonight with no lunch for school tomorrow!

NOW, what are YOU going to do about it?

Thank you for your feedback but it does not answer or satisfy my original complaint.

It is FNB's system ***** up!
"This is YOUR problem, not mine. YOUR system should have been charging correctly since July last year."

Here is the response I received:
"Good Day,

Please calculate all the send money transactions customer has done using the new pricing structure for send money.

We no longer charge R11 but R2 plus R2 per R100.

Kindly note the adjustments are due to eWallet price increase which were effective as of the 1st of July 2020.

Regards
Naomi Kekana"

So much for priority handling too! This is very amateur !
