FNB's ************ practices

I received a call from FNB's call center this morning. I was offered a product for which i needed to provide consent. I asked for the terms of the product, what it entailed, cost etc. I was told that i would only receive the terms upon agreeing to the product? That's unbelievable!

That's akin to agreeing to pay X, to receive Y, but not knowing exactly what X or Y are!!! But because FNB have access to my money, i will have to pay! That's really shady and ********* business practice!
I obviously declined this pitch.

I've experienced this sort of fleecing-the-consumer before from other companies, but FNB! seriously?
