FNB's Poor Service Dellivery - Cellphones

Cell Phone Contracts enquiry, Reference No: 9YL7DUYN<br> My reference above refers. Its almost 5 weeks since a FNB agent called me offering me a cell phone contract yet no result. I called numerous times and all they can do is blame the courier and MTN,I ultimately was told that they can cancel the contract, which never began, and call again to get a new contract.How pathetic is that? nobody made a concerted effort to actually make sure that my phone was delivered but instead blamed was shifted.<br>
