FNB's PATHETIC SERVICE & DISREGARD 4 THEIR CLIENTS
phoned the call centre on 28 SEP to buy R200 Telkom MOBILE prepaid airtime (agent assisted) confirmed transaction, monies were deducted from my acc. The airtime did not reflect, called back to query & was told to call on Mon to resolve. Called on 29 Sep, matter was investigated. I was contacted on 2 Oct & provided with a voucher pin. Tried loading the voucher, it did not work so I had to wait the entire weekend AGAIN to contact them as no.one was available to help me with the matter over the w/end. Called back on Mon 5 Oct & was told the voucher I have is for a telkom LANDLINE number. Escalated the matter further & was finally told.. the call was investigated where the consultant confirmed that she was purchasing prepaid airtime (which is correct) however I SPECIFICALLY & REPEATEDLY asked 4 telkom MOBILE airtime, it was the consultant's incompetence choosing the wrong option on her side causing me to lose R200 I'm now sitting with a voucher that is completely useless to me as I don't have a landline prepaid phone & FNB refuses 2do anything to help me retrieve the WASTED funds or compensate in any way for their mess up! such PATHETIC service. FNB CAN CONSIDER ME ANOTHER LOST CLIENT!
