FNB's Incompetence

I bought a laptop from FNB. In the deal it stated that the deal includes Window 10 and Office 365. When I received the laptop, everything was working great. After a month I was not able to use my Office 365 anymore. It kept asking me for a Product Key.

I contacted FNB for the first time around beginning of May. I have everything from; "the Office is only a 30 day trail" - To which I responded that it did not state that in the origanl agreement and now they will need to take this to FNB headquaters to sort it out (which was about 3 weeks ago)

I was also told to look for my Product Key on the box, in which I received the laptop. No Product Key there. And then I was told to phone Microsoft, they will be able to connect the serial number of my laptop to the Product Key that I need to activate my Office 365. After about 30min on the phone with them, they told me that they can't help me with a Product Key, since you don't need a Product Key to activate your Office 365.

At this stage I am extremely frustrated with the situation. And at the going rate, I can imagine I am going to struggle for another 3 months to try and sort this mess out.
