FNB's horrific service just cost me R7600

Several card decline fees, over an hour (7 in total) calls to FNB and most notably the loss of airline tickets (3 tickets to hong kong now each R2500 more expensive). My credit card limit was lowered to R2000 as part of a campaign to encourage me to make purchases on budget rather than straight. I didn't know this had happened and I certainly don't want my credit card to operate this way. I'm very diligent at paying my credit card off. No response in 5 days to my online request that they call me. No response in over 3 days from the two 'escalated'/ urgent requests (and over 1 hour & 7 phone calls to fnb) for assistance. No assistance from RB Jacobs who asked me to email him following my Face Book complaint. What more can I do to get this sorted out!!! I'm continuously transferred by the FNB call centre staff - and then continually cut off during transfer. Some call staff are truly indifferent to my frustrations. I cannot believe that I actually pay for this service. I have banked with FNB since I was 10 years old - this disgraceful level of service is just so disappointing. <br>
