FNB *****s from YOU TOO

FNB *****s from YOU FNB will ***** from you, any chance they get.

Background: last year, for months and months, I had *****ulent debit orders on my FNB cheque account from a *****ulent company called KingPrice. The debit orders begun while I was in hospital. Nevertheless, I used the FNB app to dispute and have the charges reversed because I don't even know what KingPrice sells EVEN TODAY. An amazing point is that these *****ulent charges went on for, at least, six months. And every month I had to take it upon myself and instruct FNB to reverse those *****ulent charges. You have to ask yourself: after the first disputed debit order, why didn't FNB block this "company" from debiting my account? Your guess is as good as mine. So, starting last year I talked to FNB staff members on the app about closing this bank account as this continued charging and reversing was crazy? But FNB refused to close the account. Eventually, in March this year, before the 25th March 2026, I walked into a physical branch and AGAIN asked them to close the cheque account CONSIDERING I know had a second cheque account with FNB. I thought that now that I had 2 competing cheque accounts it wouldn't make sense to keep both open. However, THAT'S EXACTLY what FNB staff chose to do: they made me pay R500 for two cheque accounts even though I had no business to run and even though I didn't need the older *****ulently used bank account anymore.

Days before the 25th March 2026 I asked them to close the older duplicate account. I was given silly excuses which made it sound as if closing a bank account required rocket science, like, something only NASA could do. Basically, FNB refused to close my older account so they could pocket, *********ly, an extra R500 per month. So now, today, six months later, FNB has, every month, literally been *****ing about R1000 from me every month. The other R500 comes from the money they've been transferring every month from my back up loan account. So, every month, due to unnecessary debit orders in an account I've been trying to close since last year, FNB siphones money to enrich themselves at the customers expense.

In April and May this year, seeing that FNB staff in the branch and on the app refused or failed to clock the account, I contacted their private banking contact guy Ryan Pape. But alas, him and his friend Sim Xongo failed to fulfill their mandate...

Now, six months later, I'm still waiting for Ryan Pape to close a simple bank account. How much more does FNB need to ***** from me before they stop?

I need the money spent in that cheque account in last six months refunded, including interest charged on the back up loan account where they've been *****ing from, as well. I gave account closure instructions well before the end of March.
