FNB's FICA Department
On the 22/04/2015 I was told to come and FICA my account, witch I did on that same day. Today the 11/06/2015
my account was frozen and I was stranded due to the fact that I only have one leg and a total knee replacement on the other. My operator at the call centre that sent me a SMS today, to ask me to contact them, could not tell me if any documents if any is still outstanding on my FICA. I asked to speak to someone who might be able to help and was told all department heads higher than the call centre attendant is not available and that Brenda Maisha will contact me today. Today is gone and my children of 8 and 14 will not understand.
The branch manager at my branch confirmed that all the relevant documentation for FICA is on my profile at the branch and that this \FREEZ"could take up to 5 days to resolve.
THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!!! FNB WHERE ARE YOU???"""
