i have a problem with fnb, i was sent an email by fnb saying owe them about 60000 when requesting the reason the lawyer tht i was in contact with did not give a reason for such amount r for the debt, i had an account with them back in 2013 bcos i was receiving my salary frm them it happened tht i was a victim of identity theft i went to fnb to enquire about what had happened cos i picked unauthorized debts on my bank account i went to Maponya i remember the guy who was helping me said there was a nothing they could do for me cos it clearly showed tht im the one who did those withdrawal i only got help frm standard bank, at fnb they said they can only help with closing the accountof which i agreed then took my salary to capitec i been with capitec since

I have written several email, but I still you sending me emails with their debt growing.

I have decided to pursue this legally I a filling for a complain with the ombudsman of banking.
