FNB's Cruel way of phasing out Fee Saver

<p>I have been on the FNB fee saver price plan for 6 years. The pricing plan was a lucrative option seeing as how if the client maintains a minimum monthly Balance in their account then Bank charges are waivered. FNB has been on a drive to promote clients for switching onto the more expensive Price plans whereby clients have to pay for the monthly Account fees. In an attempt to do that they are making the Fee saver option increasing difficult to maintain. In the past 2 years the minimum Balance has increased from R9000 to R20000 and they are adding in additional fees on top of it. This is immensely unfair and clear a plot to force clients to change over other expensive plans. This is utter disregard for client satisfaction and the only intent is more money for FNB. We the little people are forced to just accept it. So much for "How can we help you?" more like "how can we ***** you?"</p>
