Fnb *****s Client’s PayFlex refunds and leaves no trace on statement

I have made several returns to take-a-lot who in turn refund payflex. Payflex refunds my FNB account and FNB process the refund as a DEBIT not a CREDIT. Funds are with held from my account so I’m out of pocket, and when the payflex refund clears it “balances” out the FNB debit, so these idiots are telling me that the payflex credit balances out my account and that I’m due a refund from fnb who wrongfully debited my account. But I AM due. So not only are FNB *****ing from my account but there is NO RECORD on my statements of any of the transactions except the payflex refunds. So ***** and underhanded. FNB THREE PAYFLEX REFUNDS YOU HAVE ****** FROM ME. I have the screenshots of all and you owe me my refunds!!!!
