FNB ****s clients of interest

If I could go lower than 1 I would. They hold the monopoly on Paypal and any money coming into the country from overseas. If you do not have an fnb account it takes up to 14 days, countless phone calls and rude personnel to access you hard earned money. The website states 2 to 3 working days for transfers to appear. The previous time, I waited 21 days, as to date it is 10 days. The stress of not being able to pay my accounts due to this delay is immense. My question is this-how much interest do they earn by withholding said money and the client loses out. This cannot be legal. Immediate assistance is needed. When you visit the branch tbey either shrug or have no idea what you are speaking about. I'm tired of being **** to, as the excuses mount each day.
