FNB ********s bank

this is the worst most ******* bank in the world. there staff is rude in the call centres and then they ***** your money after 10 calls and another 20 follow ups. they just treated me like a througaway piece of garbage. and then wrote me an email and said they dont have the money and was never payed back to them after i have all the evidence to show otherwise. the amount was pending then they tell me *****ns about it must go through to be claimed and refunded back. i would never recomend this bank to anyone and i shal close my account. and take my business somewhere else. very ******* and dissapointing and rude.
