FNB.... ****S!!!

I still haven't gotten any news on the account, they sent me one or 2 mails saying someone will call and sort out the matter in a few minutes, it's been days and still no phone call. They lost my trust, and they are supposed to keep my money safe, but they handle it like they want. I think their service is deteriorating.
