FNB is undepandable

I have cancelled a debit order mandate numerous times now and FNB still allows the creditor to take Funds out of my account!!

I want this resolved ASAP! Someone must communicate with me via email to resolve this and reimburse me what was *******ly taken !! FNB must not even try charge me for this reversal as the issue lies on your end !
