After Fnb gave me a lame excuse about why card was tapped on tollgates and refunded my money there were more transactions that happend for 1500 and nor my account is overspending by 1500 in so frustrated with fnb they are the *****sters

This has not been resolved those transactions happend and there Is a charged of fnb item paid no funds of R560 and a other of R45 it's not removed left me with Owing -R580 dnb has inconvenience me alot without even giving me a proper explanation why this happend how will they prevent it because its happening twice now in a month im even thinking of going to bank ombudsman because I have to beg then to do a right this how can you approved ***** transactions when there was no funds and charge me for them please remove this transactions ASAP your not a good bank
