FNB RUNS AWAY FROM LEGAL SUPPORT

I rented a house in 2012. For years the house has been falling apart and I could not get the owners to fix it up. In August 2014, I decided as I pay a monthly fee to the Legal Department at FNB, I would make use of their services. I logged the complaint. Twice after that, I had to follow up and had no response. In the interim, I had fallen into a hole the owners dug on the premises and left open for 8 months. I fractured my ankle and hurt my right leg. The fractured ankle stayed out of the hole and the right leg fell into the hole. I am still in pain daily and are of the opinion that my right leg is worse off than my ankle. I sent FNB the xrays and further information. Also, the owners had built a single wall garage and the strong winds in August, portion of the garage fell against my Alpha and damaged the Alpha. I asked them to include these costs in their negotiations with the owners. I was in communication with the owners. The had liability insurance. Suffice to say, until today nothing has been done. December I cancelled my premium and told FNB to refund me all the premiums since I started (past 20 years). I need to give you more info....
