FNB run around

I took out a loan with FNB 3 years ago, November 2018 was the last time they debit and we go our separate ways. Now all of a sudden there's miraculous outstanding amounts they can't explain properly . After over 20 emails with different people replying each time, with different yet equally unsatisfying answers. I am at the end of my tether. I don't understand why I can't deal with one person who can read to understand and assist me. Definitely leaving this bank
