FNB Ruins Lives and they are okay with it

FNB ruins lives and completely okay with it.

I have been trying to withdraw funds with fnb for months using their forex department and I've never received a cent from those attempts. At some point they charged me fees for them sending my funds back to the broker I withdrew with and never notified me about the said fees, which is technically theft, and of course I had to enquire about that, not like they'd ever tell you. I've even been referred to people that don't even exist to deal with my queries. This time I decided, let me withdraw via PayPal since my FNB account is linked to my PayPal. I withdrew my funds from PayPal to fnb on Wednesday 28th of August 2019, I further called on Friday the 30th of September 2019 to enquire about the amount of time it'll take to process the funds, I was told they are being processed and everything is fine. I was told on that said Friday that there's nothing wrong. Fast forward to the day that the money should've been processed which is the 3rd of September 2019, there's nothing in my account. Of course I have to call to find out what's happening, to be told that my account was in the process of being canceled due to the inactivity. Remember I called Friday regarding PayPal, how are they sending funds to inactive accounts?. Now my funds are sent back to PayPal and I have responsibilities I need to take care of, probably won't have a place to live by the end of the week due to FNB's constant incompetence. Right now they telling me that they can't send me my funds due to their incompetence and I must open a new account and I don't understand because on my side my app states my account is active. I'm so disappointed in FNB, how they treat customers is actually quite disgusting. If FNB is struggling so bad with global payments (clearly if they have daily complaints) why do they advertise a service they can't meet?
