Fnb ruining my life

Good day

Can someone help me with my Fnb loan. I have a debit order with Fnb and I am paying like R75 I had been checking my credit report and I see I have missed payments with Fnb and I’ve been calling them numerous times and each time they say they will fix the problem one of the months I paid what was in arrears. This has messed up my credit. How can this be rectified, I cannot be having this under my name for not paying a R75 imagine. 2 months back they debited my account after I called them for a millionth’s time and I though things were now resolved to my great surprise my account is in arrears again I have missed payments on my credit report they stopped debiting again.

This is really frustrating how can I get these removed on my name. I am planning to buy property and this will reflect badly on my name. I am even planning to pay this off month end I hate Fnb for ruining my life.

I mean I have a debit order for a reason some months they just chose not to debit. If I never checked my credit report this would have gone forever no one from fnb is even calling me about these arrears but when I call them no one has an answer why my account is not being debited some of these months.

I’ve even reported this to Ombud now I want these removed on my name I don’t know they will do it but they must remove it.
