FnB Rude Legal insurance

A FNB number called Me asking to confirm details and i advised them that i am not able to as i was busy at work then proceeded to call and harrass my daughter Who suffers from Anxiety they also had her details asking her to confirm my details eg ID number which of course she didn't give and become very scared and worried as this man was very Number 1 Aggressive over the phone , Very upsetting to have my daughter call me saying she is scared and some number is calling her shouting questions about her Dad , Really what on earth is happening with FnB they need to anser for this the Man from Fnb said to my daughter that he is calling from Gateway . As a precaution we have put a hold on our Bank accounts as we dont know if this is a attempt at ***** or sabotage ! Very Upset and Angry at this incident FnB is going to lose clients that have been with them for over 40 years !
