FNB RUDE CONSULTANTS

Lady phones me asking to speak to Mrs **** i tell her that me. Shes phoning from fnb i think loans department and she wants my id number i ask her in connection with what. She can't tell me unless i give her my id number. I did not ask her to tell me whats going on i asked in connection with what. We were ****med by someone a few days ago claiming to phone from absa so i dont just give my id number out. She could have atleast said we want to offer a loan or doe you have a loan with FNB but then she gets rude and puts the phone down before i can say anything futher.
